Terms of Sale

1. Orders
Placing an order through ahsengdurian.com.sg constitutes an offer to purchase. We confirm acceptance by sending an order confirmation over WhatsApp or email.
All quantities are stated in pieces (whole fruit) unless explicitly labelled otherwise.
2. Pricing
Prices are in Singapore Dollars and include 9% GST. Prices may change between order windows because durian supply is seasonal.
The price charged is the price displayed at the time you place the order.
3. Payment
Payment is processed at checkout through HitPay. We accept PayNow, credit and debit cards. Cash-on-delivery is available for selected zones and is settled with the rider on arrival.
4. Delivery
Delivery slots are island-wide subject to capacity. We will notify you over WhatsApp or SMS if a delivery is delayed.
Title and risk of loss pass to you when the order is handed over at the delivery address.
5. Refunds and replacements
If a durian is unripe, over-ripe, or otherwise unsatisfactory, message us within 24 hours of delivery with a photo. We will replace it on the next delivery or refund to your original payment method.
Refunds are processed within 3–5 business days.
6. Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled free of charge until 8:00 AM Asia/Singapore on the delivery date. Cancellations after that point may be refused because the fruit will already have been opened and assigned.
7. Liability
Our liability is limited to the value of the order. We are not liable for indirect losses, including loss of profit or reputation.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Singapore courts.
