When you place an order, sign up for our newsletter, or contact us, we collect the information you provide directly — name, phone number, delivery address, and payment details processed through our payment provider.

We also collect limited technical data (device type, browser, IP address) needed to operate the site and prevent fraud.

We use your information to process and deliver your orders, send order updates over WhatsApp or SMS, respond to enquiries, and improve our service.

We do not sell your personal data. Marketing messages are sent only with your consent and you may opt out at any time.

We share data with logistics partners strictly to fulfil your delivery, and with our payment processor (HitPay) to complete checkout. These partners are bound by their own privacy obligations.

Order records are retained for seven years as required by Singapore tax law. Marketing contact information is retained until you unsubscribe.

You may request a copy of the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct inaccurate data, or ask us to delete it where legally possible. Contact orders@ahsengdurian.com.sg with your request.
